Steamed Salmon with Quinoa and Broccoli
A lunch rich in Omega-3 fatty acids that supports liver function and joints.

Rinse the quinoa, then cook in twice the amount of water for 15 minutes. Easy peasy!
Cut the broccoli into florets and steam until soft (heat treatment is important for digestion and thyroid protection).
Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper. That's it!
In a pan with a little olive oil, fry the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Serve the fish with the side dishes and drizzle with lemon juice.
