1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with our nutrition and meal planning services. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Automatic Refund

One-time meal plan purchases: If you purchased a meal plan and it has not yet been approved by the dietitian, you are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked. No explanation required.

Additional Refund Cases

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription
  • You have not substantially used our premium services
  • There is a technical issue preventing you from using our services

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions used for more than 14 days
  • Dietitian consultations (fees are paid directly to the dietitian)
  • One-time meal plans that have already been approved by the dietitian
  • Services that have been fully delivered as promised
  • Refund requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  5. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the services used. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

6. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining period unless you meet our refund criteria.
