Slice the chicken breast and salt it.
Make breadcrumbs: flour, beaten egg, and crushed cornflakes (or whole wheat breadcrumbs).
Turn the meat in the breadcrumb layers in the usual way.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spray lightly with olive oil spray (or brush gently).
Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve with boiled potatoes.
